Triangle Billiards guarantees the 9 Ball Roll-A-Rack for a period of 5 years from date of purchase against defects in workmanship and materials by repairing or replacing any and all parts proven to be defective and subject so such guarantee.

The 9 Ball Roll-A-Rack returned for warranty service is to be shipped prepaid. If after examination, the 9 Ball Roll-A-Rack is judged to be defective, it will be repaired or replaced prepaid.

Repair of any part or replacement shall constitute complete fulfillment of all obligations to the consumer.

Commercial establishment usage is not warranted under this agreement.

Proof of purchase must accompany any 9 Ball Roll-A-Rack returned for warranty work.

Otherwise, no oral, statutory or implied warranties or guarantees shall be applicable to Triangle Billiards. We do not authorize any person to assume for us any obligation or liability in connection with the 9 Ball Roll-A-Rack. This guarantee does not apply to damage resulting from accident, alteration, misuse, abuse, flood, fire and circumstances beyond the control of Triangle Billiards.
