5 YEAR CONSUMER GUARANTEE

Triangle Billiards guarantees the Roll-A-Rack for a period of 5 years from the date of purchase against defects in workmanship and materials by repairing or replacing any and all parts provon to be defective and subject to such guarantee.

The Roll-A-Rack returned for warranty service is to be shipped pre-paid. If after examination, the Roll-A-Rack is judged to be defective, it will be repaired or replaced and returned pre-paid.

Repair of any defective part or replacement shall constitute complete fulfillment of all obligations to the customer.

Commercial Establishment usage is not warranted under the agreement.

Proof of purchase must accompany and Roll-A-Rack returned for warranty work

Otherwise, no oral, statutory or implied warranties shall be applicable to us. We do not authorize any person to assume for us any obligation or liability in connection with Roll-A-Rack. This guarantee does not apply to damage resulting from accident, alteration, misuse, abuse, flood, fire and circumstances beyond our control.
